Building Your Team With “The Plan”
A simple system to build a dynamic team and business…
The Builders Pathway
Follow the 5 Simple Steps of the Path

01

Connect With Your Team
Schedule Your Onboarding Call
Your onboarding call is your first step in connecting with the team and understanding how everything works.
During this short call, we’ll help you get oriented, answer your initial questions, and show you the simple path forward so you can begin building with confidence.
You’re not expected to know everything yet — the purpose of this call is to help you get clear, connected, and moving in the right direction.

02

Start Conversations
Build Momentum Through Simple Outreach
The goal at this stage is not to convince people or explain everything. Your job is simply to start
conversations and connect people to the tools. Momentum begins when you begin reaching out.
Each day focus on three actions:

Consistent daily action creates momentum.
Reconnect
Start a natural conversation.
Example:
“Hey [Name], it’s been a while. How have you been?”
Introduce Curiosity
Mention what you’re exploring.
Example:
“I’ve been exploring a plant-based wellness protocol that’s getting a lot of attention right now.”
Send the Tool
If they’re open, send the overview video.
Example:
“There’s a short video that explains it really well. Want me to send it?”
Follow Up
After they watch, ask a simple question.
Example:
“Curious what stood out to you.” or; “What part stood out the most to you?”
A Critical Mindset Shift
Instead of thinking: “I hope they join.” Change your mindset to: “Let’s see if this is a fit for them.”
This subtle shift removes pressure and makes conversations much smoother.
The 2-A-Day Builder Standard
To build momentum without overwhelm, aim for: Two new conversations each day. (Read the 2-A-Day REPORT Here)
Small consistent actions over time create powerful results.
03

The 3 Tool System
Send the tool — don’t explain the system.
At TooBigToMiss we use a few simple tools that explain the product and opportunity clearly. Your role is simply to connect people to the right tool at the right time. The video’s are located here >>>
The tools do the explaining — you guide the conversation. One of the most important habits in building this business is learning to let the tools do the explaining. Instead of trying to describe everything yourself, simply send the right video or resource and let it present the information clearly and professionally.
This keeps the process simple, removes pressure, and ensures that everyone hears the same message. Your role isn’t to convince people — it’s to connect people to the tools and follow up with the conversation.

Action:
Review the video’s above and Send your first tool to someone who might be curious and follow up after they watch it.
Why This Matters:
Tools create clarity and duplication. When everyone uses the same tools, the message stays simple and easy for others to repeat.
04

Become A Team Builder
This is the “Lego” Block of our business

Help Two People Get Started
Once you’ve begun sharing the tools and having conversations, your next milestone is simple:
One on your left.
One on your right.
This is the foundation of becoming a Team Builder.
Helping two people get started does more than grow your team. It helps you develop the skills that create long-term momentum.

This Is How You Set It Up…
Just follow the simple steps:
- Start by experiencing the product for yourself and setup your subscription.
- From there, begin simple conversations and share a short overview with people who are open.
- As others get started, you help them follow the same path.
Action:
Identify two people you can help get started — one on your left and one on your right.
Why This Matters:
Helping two people begin their journey creates the foundation of a growing team and starts the duplication process.
05

Build With Consistency
Momentum Comes From Simple Daily Actions
Long-term success in our Globallee business doesn’t come from short bursts of activity. It comes from steady, consistent action over time. Builders who succeed focus on simple habits they can repeat every day. The goal is not perfection — it’s consistency.

The Daily Builder Rhythm
To keep things simple, focus on these core activities each day.
- Start two new conversations
- Follow up with people who watched the tools
- Continue learning and developing your skills
These small actions, repeated consistently, create momentum.

Stay Connected to the Team
No one builds this business alone.
Stay connected with our team:
- training calls
- toobigtomiss.com/blog
- conversations with your support team leaders
The more connected you stay, the easier it becomes to stay motivated and continue growing.

Continue to Develop Your Skills
As you do, you’ll naturally develop skills that make everything easier
- communicating clearly
- guiding conversations
- supporting new builders
- leading by example
Skill development happens through experience and repetition.
Protect Your Momentum
Avoid the common mistake of trying to do everything at once. Focus on simple actions done consistently. Momentum builds when builders stay patient and keep moving forward.
Progress is built one conversation, one connection, and one day at a time. Stay focused on the process, and results will follow.
TAKA
You Are Part of Something Bigger
This isn’t just about a product or a process.
It’s about people coming together, sharing something real, and building momentum that grows beyond any one person.
Together, we’re helping bring TAKA to more people — one conversation, one experience at a time.
Follow the Framework. Build With Confidence
